The Space

The Strength Warehouse is a 1500 sq ft, private training facility with an open floor plan, front office, private bathroom, evaluation and changing room. We source locally manufactured equipment whenever possible and have everything you need for a great workout, including:

Phil Gephart

If you’re looking for a coach who cares about you and your results, Phil is your coach! He credits his approach to several coaches he has worked with over his years of playing professional basketball and into strength & conditioning.“When someone really cares and is passionate...you can tell.It helps you and motivates you to work harder”, Phil says, and he’s definitely passionate about his clients succeeding and reaching their goals.For over 10 years he has trained thousands of clients from stressed - out CEOs, brides - to - be, youth and professional athletes alike.

He created The Strength Warehouse to be a place where Austinites can find out what it truly means to becomehealthy, mindful and strong, both inside and out. He has spent the past decade studying programs and education systems of elite coaches from around the world. He discovered Charles Poliquin and Paul Chek in 2009 and quickly immersed himself in their training systems. This led to his discovery of holistic and functional medicine principles which Phil uses and implements to help his clients obtain optimal health. To achieve optimal health, strength training needs to be involved, but nutrition and lifestyle habits also need to be addressed and modified. By focusing on the individual holistically, Phil will help you look better, feel better and experience health like you’ve never felt before.

Micaela

Athleticism runs in Micaela’s veins. She is the granddaughter of a pro-baseball player and the daughter of an NFL great. A lifelong athlete and dancer, Micaela decided to turn her attention to working with others through coaching and personal training, and found the perfect home at The Strength Warehouse. Micaela specializes in working with young athletes, and those who want to pursue better health through effective and targeted exercise. She is very invested in making sure her clients reach their personal and/or professional fitness goals.

Micaela is an Austin native, having graduated from St. Edwards. She was trained at Helix Elite and has worked closely with Austin Junior Volleyball as a Strength and Conditioning Coach. Micaela is NASM certified, and is currently working on attaining her Precision Nutrition Certification and her CSCS in order to better serve her clients.

If you are interested in being stronger, healthier, and being more mindful of your health, Micaela is ready to help make that happen. Your success is her success, and she is committed to ensuring you reach your peak performance as an athlete and/or your personal fitness goals
